    Our signature Mat Pilates class. Prepare to ignite the mind-body-breath connection, connect to your core and discover muscles you never knew you had. This class is high energy but low impact. We close this out with a restorative stretch and conscious relaxation, ensuring the post-class buzz is real!

    Mat Strength

    Mat Strength combines progressive Pilates & functional Fitness movements. We use repetition & heavier resistance to bring the heat in an interval setting. Leaving you feeling stronger & more empowered than ever.

    This class is perfect for beginners but suitable for everyone. It is designed to be made your own! We use resistance in a safe and effective way, encouraging you to meet your body where it’s at. Focussing on simple movement patterns at a slower pace.

  • Rebalance

    Bring: Grip Socks, warm layers

    Slow things down, with our smoothest class on the schedule. Stressed, tired, sore? Rebalance is the anti-dote! Release tension from your muscles & relax your mind as you are guided through a series of juicy, flowy, stretchy moves! Float out of this class feeling more grounded than ever! 

  • Reset & Recharge

    Bring: Grip Socks, warm layers, blanket or pillow if needed

    This immersive session blends ancient wisdom with the latest in modern science to help transform the way you move, think, and feel. Throughout the session, expect gentle movement and guided breathwork techniques in a safe, supported setting. Leave feeling clear, energised and calm.
