Please carefully review our Terms and Conditions. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions as outlined on our website. Your safety and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to us.
Medical Warning:
Consultation with Healthcare Practitioner: Before engaging in any new form of exercise, it is essential to consult with your doctor or another qualified healthcare practitioner. This consultation ensures that you are aware of your current health status and any potential restrictions that may be necessary for your safety.
Exercise Caution and Self-Pacing: While participating in our classes, please avoid overexertion and work at a pace that is comfortable for you. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop immediately. Seek medical attention promptly if you notice any unexpected changes in your physical condition during or after exercise.
Disclosure of Pre-existing Injuries or Medical Conditions: You must inform your instructor of any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that could affect your ability to perform exercises in our classes. This information helps us tailor the program to your specific needs and safety. You will be prompted to complete a waiver and assumption of risk document before commencing a class with us.
Assumption of Risk: By undertaking any exercise program, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The creators, producers, instructors, and distributors of our exercise programs, along with their employees and agents, will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or liability of any kind that may arise as a result of, or in connection with, your participation in any exercise program or following advice provided on our website or by our instructors.
General:
Class Cancellation: Pandani Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient bookings. You will be notified via text message and your session will be refunded.
Private & Semi-Private Class Cancellations: There is a 24-hour cancellation window for private and/or semi-private classes (this also applies to rescheduling). If you cancel a class within the 24-hour cancellation window, the full fee will be charged.
Group class cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time, as well as no-shows or absences, will result in forfeiture of that session. Additionally, a $5 late cancellation fee and a $10 no-show fee may be charged.
Waitlists:
If a class is fully booked and you wish to attend, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. Should a space open for you, you will receive a notification (via email or text) and automatically be added into the class. Waitlist bookings should be treated as a regular class booking, if you can no longer make the class and have been accepted into the class within 12 hours, the cancellation policy will apply.Payment: Payment must be made prior to booking. You can book a class by paying directly on Momence, or by using a class pack, or membership.
In order to attend a class, Ripple Movement MUST have a payment method encrypted and stored on Momence in case of a late cancellation.Session Transfer: Sessions are not transferable to other individuals. Each individual is required to create their own account and purchase their own sessions.
Retail returns: All retail sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Gift Vouchers: A Gift Voucher can be redeemed for goods and services from the studio, including memberships, class packs and retail products, and excludes pop-up events, workshops or other special events. All Gift Voucher purchases are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstance. They are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are not able to be reissued in the case of lost/stolen gift cards and therefore should be treated as cash.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds for services or retail.
Memberships/Class Packs:
Memberships: All sales are final and subject to the individual terms and conditions outlined in Momence. Memberships are subject to a 2 month lock in where no pauses/cancellations will occur without a full 2 month fee payment. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing a product from us you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that refunds will not be processed due to change or mind or inability to use credits.
Intro Offer: All sales are final and subject to the individual terms and conditions outlined in Momence. Intro Offers expire 14 days from the date of first booking. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing a product from us you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that refunds will not be processed due to change or mind or inability to use credits. The expiry on these packs cannot be extended.
Class Packs: Class Packs are individual, non-transferable and remain valid for 3 months from the date of first booking. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. The expiry on these packs cannot be extended.
Casual class: The casual class is for regularly scheduled group classes, it is not redeemable for special classes or private sessions. This pass will activate on the date of your first class and expire one month after. Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Autopay: All Memberships operate on a fortnightly autopay schedule using a secure system for credit card storage. This allows bookings to extend into one fortnight in the future. If your membership payment fails, you will be notified 3 times via email. If your payment fails following this, it will be cancelled and all future class bookings will be automatically removed from the system.
Membership Termination: Memberships will continue with scheduled payments unless we receive notice of termination. Notice of termination must be given in writing 30 days prior to the date of cancellation. Active membership payments cannot be refunded.
Membership Pause: Memberships are able to be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks. Membership pause periods require 2 weeks written notice prior to the date of the pause.
Price Increases: Memberships may be subject to price increases. Clients will be notified in writing at least 4 weeks before any change.
Lock-In Period: Memberships are subject to a two-month lock-in period.
Medical Termination: In the event of permanent injury or illness preventing the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be allowed upon receipt of written confirmation from a doctor.
Termination by Ripple Movement: We reserve the right to terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive, or illegal behaviour on our premises or directed at our staff or other members.
